On our farm we grow mostly nantes-style carrots - smaller, but with consistently outstanding flavor and crunch. So be sure to grab a bag of your favorite orange veggie at the market this weekend. Each bag is filled with a variety of shapes and sizes but you can expect roughly 1 lb of carrots.
