Order Pick-up Policy
Thank you for choosing to purchase Lotspeich Family Farm produce through our website. We’re excited to share our passion for locally grown produce with you.
When making your fresh produce order, please be sure to check the pick-up option at checkout to ensure you are ordering for the correct date and location.
Subscription Orders: Subscription baskets can be picked up at one of our four Elko County Locations at the specified times. (See Below!) Orders placed after Noon on Monday each week will not be filled until the following week (this applies to cancellations as well!).
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the website, or by sending us an email. You also have the ability to pause your subscription at any time. Just email us in advance with the dates of when you will need to pause the order.
If you are unable to collect your order at the specified date you will still be charged for that week’s delivery!!! Please just let us know in advance if you need to cancel your order. Several of our dropoff locations will have flexible hours (listed below). If you have any issues, please contact LotspeichFamilyFarm@gmail.com.

We’re committed to serving our community with the freshest possible produce, if you do not collect your order by the date specified it will be composted the next day.
You will not be reimbursed for any uncollected orders.
